Be careful on this strategy. You may want to ask a bunch of questions on your future associates, like…. the advantages of a good fit financially, their contribution to your company like personnel, or cash resources. Do they bring a good image to your company, service or product? If not when would this happen? Who will do the work and when? Sometimes company cultures do not mix well, so plan properly.
